This full-time position is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by managing incoming stock, pulling correct items for custom production orders, and accurately preparing shipments. A Warehouse Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for various duties that support daily operations and order fulfillment. Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required on an approved basis. Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Include, but are not limited to: Stocking & Organization
  • receive incoming inventory, inspecting for quality and stocking in their designated location Order Picking & Packing
  • Pull orders from shelf inventory, securely pack for fulfillment Warehouse Maintenance
  • keep a safe, clean, and organized warehouse area Inventory Control
  • assist with routine inventory counts Safety Compliance
  • follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, inventory management, or retail stockroom is a plus Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude Reliable work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often deadline-driven production environment Must be able to lift to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
