Monitor bottles as they move through the line to ensure they are properly filled, capped, labeled, coded, and packaged. Perform basic quality checks, including checking sauce fill levels, cap placement, label alignment, lot codes, and expiration information. Remove damaged, defective, improperly labeled, or incorrectly packaged products from the line. Pack finished products into cartons, trays, or cases as required. Assist with machine setup, start-up, shutdown, and routine adjustments. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Accurately follow batch tickets, production instructions, and packaging specifications. Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Work cooperatively with other employees to maintain production flow and meet daily production goals. Assist in other areas of the production/bottling department when needed.
