Join our team as a Warehouse / Production Associate and become a vital part of our operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet delivery deadlines
• Receiving inventory
• Manage inventory
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols
• Support packaging activities, ensuring products are securely prepared for transit
• Maintain detailed records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse & production areas
• Assist in manufacturing goods in production Qualifications
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and stock management techniques
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
