Steel-toe boots Safely sort, load, and unload dunnage while maintaining proper ergonomics and lifting techniques. Must identify good dunnage from bad, keep dunnage levels maintained to prevent line shutdowns, and sort materials at a steady pace. Separating usable pallets from damaged ones, using a pallet aligner to maintain stack height, and safely staging damaged pallets in designated areas. Adherence to safety guidelines and leadership approval for staging outside the designated area is required .
