Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), Perform order picking and packing with precision to fulfill packing lists are accurately and efficiently gathered Pull and stage exact materials, adhesives, transitions, and specialized tools required for upcoming commercial installation projects according to job pick sheets. Organize staged materials sequentially by project phase or building floor to maximize efficiency for field installation crews. Verify dye lots and manufacture run numbers on all staged products to ensure visual consistency across large-scale commercial layouts. Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to health and safety standards, including load & unload procedures and the use of AS400 or similar systems for order processing Assist with stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring proper packaging for outgoing goods Support warehouse distribution activities by collaborating with team members on logistics planning, order fulfillment timelines, and inventory replenishment Maintain warehouse cleanliness The job role includes, but is not limited, to the responsilbilties listed above Physical Requirements Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials weighing 50 to 75+ lbs consistently throughout an 8-to-10-hour shift. Physical endurance to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and operate heavy machinery on concrete flooring for extended periods. Comfort working in varying warehouse temperatures and environments that can be dusty or exposed to construction-related materials. Soft Skills & General Expectations High attention to detail to ensure the right project matches the exact material SKU, colorway, and accessory type. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with field superintendents, subcontractors, truck drivers, and project managers. Reliable transportation and a strong track record of punctual attendance to support early-morning crew dispatches. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Qualifications Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and shipping documentation Experience operating forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Excellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
