Job Description

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports the day-to-day production, fulfillment, and warehouse operations of Bourbon Royalty. This is a hands-on position that may work across several areas of the warehouse throughout the day, including product production, labeling and packaging, picking and packing orders, shipping, receiving inventory, stocking materials, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working on their feet, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team meet daily production and shipping goals. Responsibilities Assist with the production of Bourbon Royalty products, including candles, room sprays, Royal Wash, Multi-Surface Cleaner, Mop Soap, fragrance products, and other items. Wick and prepare candle vessels for production. Fill, label, assemble, package, and inspect finished products. Pick and pack wholesale and retail orders accurately. Prepare completed orders for shipment. Receive, unload, count, and organize incoming materials and supplies. Restock production materials and finished goods as needed. Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate product organization. Inspect products throughout production and fulfillment to ensure Bourbon Royalty quality standards are met. Follow production instructions and established processes carefully. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment. Assist with sweeping, mopping, cleaning workstations, disposing of packaging materials, and general warehouse upkeep. Work efficiently with the production and warehouse team to meet daily priorities and deadlines. Assist in other warehouse, production, and fulfillment duties as needed. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and established processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Able to move between different tasks and departments throughout the day. Works well independently and as part of a team. Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Basic computer skills. Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, shipping, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse and production position.
Employees must be able to:
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Regularly use hands and fingers for filling, labeling, packaging, and assembly. Bend, reach, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive movements. Lift and carry boxes, materials, and finished products weighing up to 60 pounds , with assistance when appropriate. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries. Work around a variety of fragrances throughout the day. Perform routine warehouse cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning work areas.
Pay:
From $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
