Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment. Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures. Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred. Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Shipping Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required. What You Will Do As a Warehouse Shipping Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. A Warehouse Shipping Associate contributes to efficient warehouse operations by helping products move safely and accurately from receiving through final shipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The Warehouse Shipping Associate works with inventory, shipping documentation, warehouse equipment, and storage systems while maintaining productivity and workplace safety.
