Job Description

division is currently seeking a Warehouse Utility Technician to join our Fibrebond team in Minden, LA! The core hours average 54 per week (including OT) from 6 am - 4:30 pm, M-F. There is also overtime every other Saturday from 6 am - 2:30 pm. The hourly range for this position is $17.71 - $18.98 per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you'll do: The Warehouse Tech stocks materials, labels parts with part numbers, pulls and dispenses materials per bill of material and supplies, processes paperwork, operates forklifts as needed, makes warehouse deliveries, performs basic cleaning duties, assists in training new warehouse personnel and performs other tasks that are assigned by Warehouse Supervisor. Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquarters in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineering to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton's modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond's strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana. In this role, you will:- Be a certified equipment operator.
- Perform proper daily equipment safety checks prior to equipment operations and notifies maintenance supervisor of any suspected problems.
- Follow proper procedure for equipment refueling operations.
- Obey company rules regarding safe and effective equipment operations.
- Remove, store, or dispose of excess material and waste.
- Load and unload trucks with minimal supervision
- Understand and have knowledge of the layout of facilities and work areas.
- Transport material to designated areas throughout facilities.
- Understand the part numbers/serial numbers of the equipment and how to store/pull them.
- Load and unload sensitive electrical equipment and large equipment.
- Work at the off-site warehouse, loading, and unloading gear with minimal supervision.
- Transport oversized construction material.
- Use a man lift ##
Qualifications:
Required (Basic)Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Must be a Certified Forklift Operator or satisfactorily pass an in-company forklift training program.

Physical Requirements:
