Forklift certification required or ability to successfully complete company forklift training within the first 30 days of employment. At least 6 months of warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or material handling experience preferred. Experience loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials in a warehouse environment. Familiarity with inventory tracking, shipping procedures, and warehouse safety practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating powered industrial equipment for the majority of the workday. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good written and verbal communication skills. Dependable work ethic and strong commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for up to 80% of the shift. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Ability to work flexible schedules and assigned shifts as needed. Job Duties Safely operate forklifts and powered material handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products. Pull, prepare, and verify customer orders for shipment, ensuring accurate quantities and product selection. Inspect inbound and outbound products for damage, infestations, code dates, and customer specifications. Verify load accuracy, stability, counts, and product condition before shipment. Maintain inventory records and documentation to support inventory accuracy. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Follow OSHA, MSDS, and company safety standards at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to management.
