Overview At Hartmann Building Specialties, our Warehouse Associates are the most knowledgeable and experienced customer support experts in the construction distribution industry. Founded in 1979, Hartmann Building Specialties is a family owned company that forges relationships with our customers as strong as steel from the beginning of their projects to the very end. With five strategic locations, Hartmann Building Specialties is able to supply premium concrete products and accessories to our valued customers in the industrial, commercial and residential markets throughout Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. Salary listed on Indeed is an estimate and based on experience. Duties Safely and correctly pull, pack, secure and ship products to customers. Deliver orders to customer jobsites. Fabricate packaging materials as needed for products to ensure safe transport. Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring that all items are handled with care. Work alongside sales and customers to correctly fulfill orders. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with heavy equipment operation. Other job duties as required. Bilingual a plus. Requirements Ability to lift and carry material over 50 lbs. CDL A or B preferred. Previous driving and forklift operation a plus. Experience with power and hand tools. Basic construction material knowledge. Friendly, outgoing personality. Be attentive to detail on time. Work in an outdoor and warehouse environment.
