As a Warehouse Operator at MilliporeSigma, you will support life science and biopharmaceutical customers by safely receiving, storing, picking, and shipping critical materials used in research and manufacturing. You will operate material handling equipment, maintain accurate inventory in warehouse systems, and follow GDP/GMP, chemical handling, and safety procedures. Working in a collaborative, science-driven environment, you will partner with production and quality teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and grow your skills through strong training and development programs. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and reagents Pick, pack, and stage customer and internal orders accurately Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely Maintain inventory accuracy through system transactions and cycle counts Label, store, and handle chemicals and biologics per SOPs and safety standards Follow GDP/GMP and quality procedures for documentation and traceability Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet timelines Report deviations, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies promptly Participate in continuous improvement and 5 S initiatives Required Skills Warehouse operations Forklift and pallet jack operation Inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) Order picking and packing GDP/GMP documentation practices Chemical and hazardous material handling RF scanners and barcoding Basic computer skills (ERP, Excel, email) Shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination Safety, PPE use, and 5 S/lean practices
