Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms Assist in stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing packages, labeling shipments, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly Follow safety protocols during all warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures and trade compliance standards for international trade regulations Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; familiarity with warehouse experience is preferred Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory tracking Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification; experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers is highly desirable Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records of shipments and inventory movements Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively Knowledge of shipping logistics, packaging standards, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety guidelines Join us as a Warehouse Worker where your energy fuels our success!
