Warehouse Worker Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our 1st shift team in a fast-paced distribution environment that serves restaurants and foodservice customers. In this role, you support daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, order picking and packaging, inventory handling, and general warehouse organization, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

First (1st) shift: 6:00am

•2:30pm, Monday

•Friday Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders to ensure accuracy. Unload, inspect, and properly store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery according to established procedures. Label, package, and palletize products in line with company standards and quality expectations. Load outbound trucks accurately and efficiently to meet delivery schedules. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product handling, stock rotation, and careful counting. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Use RF scanners and related tools to support order picking, inventory tracking, and shipping activities. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed to support inventory control. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards and company policies. Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly to management. Support other warehouse and distribution functions as assigned to help the team meet operational goals. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, packaging, or distribution roles preferred. Experience working in a foodservice, restaurant supply, or distribution environment is a plus. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that serves restaurant and foodservice customers. Attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset in all warehouse activities. Why Work Here?
