$20-$22/hour | 1st Shift | 40 Hours/Week We're looking for a hands-on Material Handler to help keep our Canton stockroom organized, accurate, and running efficiently. This role involves receiving and organizing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering materials to production as needed. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials Maintain accurate inventory records and location tracking Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies Coordinate material requests and deliveries to production Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift carts (training/certification provided) Collaborate with production, procurement, and vendors to resolve issues Follow 5S and safety standards while identifying ways to improve processes What You'll Need 1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials-handling experience Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and climb ladder stairs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Excel and warehouse/inventory systems; SAP experience helpful Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Forklift experience/certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
