Warehouse Operations Systems Specialist - Bilingual MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group Chelmsford, MA Job Details Full-time 16 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English User training (technical support) Technical user customer support Manufacturing facility experience EDI transactions for logistics Warehouse experience Warehouse operations Full Job Description Chelmsford, Massachusetts | On-site | Contract C2C | Rotational Shifts We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English SAP WM professional to support warehouse operations and SAP users in a manufacturing environment. The Opportunity This position focuses on hands-on Warehouse Management processes, operational support, troubleshooting, and end-user training. Key Responsibilities Provide support for SAP WM processes and transactions. Assist warehouse personnel with day-to-day SAP operational issues. Train Spanish-speaking warehouse and manufacturing users. Troubleshoot warehouse-related functional issues. Support integration with inventory, materials, and production processes. Assist with basic EDI and IDoc monitoring and transaction flows. Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive hands-on SAP WM business-user experience. Strong knowledge of SAP WM processes and transactions. Experience supporting warehouse or manufacturing operations. Fluent Spanish and English. Ability to support and train operational users. Strong troubleshooting capabilities. Availability for on-site work in Chelmsford. Willingness to work rotational shifts. Basic SAP EDI and IDoc knowledge. Preferred Experience Exposure to SAP MM, IM, or
