Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company in Devens, MA to bring on experienced Warehouse Associates on a temp-to-hire basis. This company offers a clean work environment, strong training, and long-term growth opportunities.

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay:

$20.50/hour

Location:

Devens, MA Job Duties:

• Receive, stock, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for shipment
• Route materials and finished products to designated locations
• Process accurate inventory transactions using warehouse systems
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience with inventory transactions and cycle counting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details:
