3-Day and 4-Day Workweeks Available We are hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for an industrial warehouse facility in Devens, MA. This position involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Multiple shifts available with competitive pay and compressed workweeks! Available Shifts & Pay 1st Shift

• $20.00/hr: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-4:00 PM 2nd Shift
• $22.00/hr: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM-2:15 AM 3rd Shift

00/hr: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:30 PM What You'll Do Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Move and organize warehouse materials and inventory Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment as assigned Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and shipment accuracy Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation Wrap, palletize, and stage materials for shipping Maintain accurate warehouse records Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all warehouse safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing and walking for extended shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work safely High school diploma or GED preferred Preferred Experience Forklift, or pallet jack operation Warehouse inventory management Shipping and receiving Order picking and packing OSHA Forklift or HAZMAT certification Physical Requirements This position involves frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements.
