East Bridgewater, MA Position Summary Mueller Coatings is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing team! The Warehouse Associate supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-handling activities. This position helps ensure accurate order processing, timely movement of raw materials and finished goods, and a safe, clean, and organized warehouse. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, safety-focused, organized, and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities Use company software to track, check, and route orders. Prepare and set up daily shipments. Coordinate truck shipments and UPS/FedEx pickups as assigned. Support the movement of packages from preparation through shipment. Inspect labels and barcodes on completed orders for accuracy. Assist with resolving shipping and order-related issues. Perform daily inventory activities and maintain accurate records. Seal, label, and prepare boxes and packages for shipment. Deliver raw materials and supplies to Production as needed. Move finished products from Production to designated warehouse locations. Load and unload trailers and incoming deliveries. Create daily incoming inspection forms. Receive incoming supplies and deliver materials to the appropriate locations. Safely operate pallet jacks and other authorized material-handling equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, Shipping & Receiving, and other departments. Follow established safety, quality, shipping, and material-handling procedures. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to safely use pallet jacks and material-handling equipment after training. Ability to recognize product or material concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor. Ability to safely move and lift up to 25 lbs. independently; heavier items require appropriate assistance or a team-lift approach. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour shift. Ability to work occasional overtime as business needs require. Commitment to following all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Knowledge of
ITAR, ISO
9001, AS9100, and
ISO 13485
