Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Lumper to join our client in Fall River, MA! This individual will be responsible for loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 6 am – 2:30 pm | Monday – Friday Located in Fall River, MA Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments from trucks and containers Build, stack, and wrap pallets according to warehouse standards Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading docks and warehouse areas Work closely with forklift operators to ensure efficient material movement Complete loading and unloading tasks in a timely manner to support operations Requirements and Qualifications Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 60 lbs consistently Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°F Basic math and reading skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift — (Salary range based on experience) —
