HR Shifts & Hours:

1st or 2nd Shift Temp to Direct Job Description Pick, verify, and stage parts and materials accurately using pick lists, work orders, RF scanners, and ERP systems. Receive and put away materials in assigned warehouse locations while ensuring quantities, part numbers, and labels are correct. Maintain accurate inventory records by recording material movements and assisting with cycle counts and physical inventories. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment while following all safety and PPE requirements. Maintain clean, organized storage areas and report shortages, damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or unsafe conditions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling experience. Ability to accurately read pick tickets, part numbers, work orders, labels, and written instructions. Experience using RF scanners, basic computer systems, and preferably an ERP or warehouse management system such as NetSuite. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory and production records. Ability to stand for extended periods, regularly lift up to 50 lbs, and safely perform bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and other physical warehouse tasks.
