Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments Verify received items against purchase orders and inspect for damage Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or failed transactions to supervisors Label and organize materials for proper storage Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular cycle counts Assist with physical inventory counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Safely operate pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment Assist with picking, packing, put-away, and other warehouse activities as needed Work with the warehouse team to optimize storage space and material flow Follow all safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free work environment Use digital scanning tools and ERP systems to complete inventory transactions Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience 1+ year of warehouse or receiving experience preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems Experience using barcode scanners or digital scanning tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of materials up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing and walking Ability to climb ladders as needed Ability to work in a typical warehouse environment Safety & Work Environment Manufacturing/warehouse environment Must follow all safety procedures Required PPE may include safety glasses, safety knives, hearing protection, and work boots
