Job Description

Production and Warehouse Associate $30-$32 per hour | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Position Summary We are looking for an experienced, dependable and hands-on Production and Warehouse Associate to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse and production activities. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a one-person warehouse. The person in this role will independently manage many aspects of warehouse operations while working closely with our Operations, Sales and Finance teams. This is not a traditional pick-and-pack warehouse position. The role combines inventory management, shipping and logistics, quality control, product assembly and configuration, and general operational responsibilities. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and being responsible for seeing things through from start to finish. Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Receive, track, organize and maintain incoming inventory and supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels, calculate reorder points and identify slow-moving or discontinued products
  • Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
  • Conduct order-processing quality control
  • Perform and coordinate product finishing, including assembly, labeling and kitting
  • Perform product configuration and setup, including modems, SIMs and CPU upgrades
  • Coordinate transportation of goods from suppliers through delivery to customers
  • Determine appropriate freight and handling charges for shipments
  • Coordinate internal delivery resources and common carriers and assist with delivery routing
  • Track major shipments to ensure timely receipt
  • Create and process RMAs
  • Ensure products are stored, packaged and shipped properly, securely and safely
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of warehouse machinery and equipment
  • Maintain working knowledge of the company's products and stay current as products and technology change
  • Coordinate with Finance and the Count Team on the annual physical inventory
  • Maintain an organized, efficient and safe warehouse
  • Assist with other operational and office needs as necessary Qualifications
  • Forklift operating experience required; must have Forklift Safe Operation Certification
  • 3+ years of warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, logistics or related experience preferred
  • Comfortable independently managing day-to-day warehouse responsibilities
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfortable with technology, basic product configuration and using tools
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Sage 100 and SugarCRM experience are a plus
  • Commercial Driver's License CDL a plus
