What You'll Do:
Lead a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation, motivate and direct team efforts while informing department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention. Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. Sort and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins Inventory Quality Control Clerk - 1st Shift $21 / 2nd Shift$22 What You'll Do Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity throughout the facility. Conduct daily, weekly, and ad hoc cycle counts to validate inventory records. Perform inventory audits and physical inventory reconciliations. Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes. Monitor inventory movements and transactions across warehouse management systems. Generate inventory and quality control reports for management review. Identify inventory defects, errors, and process gaps and provide recommendations for corrective action. Conduct detailed data analysis and inventory "deep dives" to support operational improvements. Problem Solver - 1st Shift $21 / 2nd Shift $22 Investigate and resolve inventory, order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and system-related issues. Analyze operational defects and identify root causes of recurring problems. Research inventory discrepancies and transaction history using warehouse management systems. Conduct inventory validations, audits, and location investigations as needed. Support the resolution of customer order exceptions and inventory variances. Train associates on proper processes and procedures to prevent recurring issues. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Experience in a lead, trainer, or mentor role is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer or warehouse system (WMS/RF) familiarity Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) and pass all pre-employment screenings.
