Stockroom Associate - Contract to Hire A growing manufacturer in Mansfield, MA is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to keep inventory organized and production well supplied. In this hands-on role, you'll receive, store, issue, and track the materials that keep the floor moving — playing a key part in the team's daily success. Schedule of the

Stockroom Associate:

Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Put away inventory in designated stockroom locations. Pick, stage, and distribute materials to production areas. Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP, inventory management, or tracking systems. Keep the stockroom organized and clean while ensuring material traceability. Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed. Communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies to supervisors. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Qualifications of the

Stockroom Associate:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of inventory control and material handling practices. Ability to read and follow work instructions and shipping/receiving documents. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory software experience is a plus. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus but not required. Stockroom Associates Apply Today!
