Responsibilities:

Serve as a key administrative support in the warehouse operations team Use portals, Excel, and other software tools to track, update, and report on warehouse activity Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, inventory, and returns Communicate professionally via email with vendors, carriers, and internal teams Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound freight schedules Ensure documentation and system data align with physical inventory Collaborate with warehouse leadership on daily operations and priorities Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualification Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Prior experience in a distribution warehouse environment is required Strong computer skills, especially with Excel, warehouse management systems, and online portals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities A team-player mentality with the ability to work independently A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow The individuals selected must meet employment eligibility compliance, complete a background screening, have a reliable mode of transportation and meet the physical requirements of the position.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
