Warehouse Material Handler - MelroseOur Melrose, MN office is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hard-working individual to join our Warehouse Team as a full-time Warehouse Material Handler. This individual must work well with other team members, and display attention to detail, accuracy, and promptness. As a Warehouse Material Handler, this individual will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including safely and efficiently loading and unloading trucks, moving materials in the warehouse, and building pallets of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks, utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Safely move pallets into and out of racking.
• Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Accurately pick customer, route, and transfer orders.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to learn our fulfillment software/system.
• Display great attention to detail; remain diligent and punctual.
• Work with a team: positive attitude, self-motivated and respectful, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, push a cart, carry up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, bend, and reach; must be able to work a full shift on your feet.
• Follow safety guidelines; maintain clean and safe work area.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of general work experience; knowledge of warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience or license in operating forklifts, pallets jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience with fulfillment systems/software.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., one day of the week 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; rotating every 6th Saturday.
