Shift:
1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Job description: The Warehouse Specialist participates in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures materials flow efficiently between departments, maintains accurate inventory, and supports a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Duties & Responsibilities Manage inventory counts and material locations across manufacturing and warehouse facilities Ensure accurate purchase order receipts for all incoming products Participate in warehouse shipping and receiving activities Execute truck and midsize shipment processes and coordinate vendor pickups Pick products and generate packing lists for customer parts orders Stage completed parts between operations to support production flow Complete warehouse issue and pick transactions Assist with inventory reconciliation, work order closing, and cycle counts Prepare, document, load, and unload the plant transfer truck Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse always Performs additional duties as assigned Core Competencies Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and basic math skills Experience with Manufacturing ERP systems Dependable and reliable work ethic Ability to lift 50 lbs or more throughout the day Familiarity with warehouse operations and standard inventory practices Qualifications & Education requirements 1-2 years of warehouse experience Knowledge of inventory processes, equipment operation, data entry, and basic computer skills Forklift operator experience required Requires walking and standing for extended periods of time Must be able to work indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions Experience with foreign shipments a plus An Equal Opportunity Employer Pre-Employment Drug Testing Required.
