October 1, 2026 Put Your GCSS-Army Experience to Work ASCI is seeking an experienced Supervisor / Lead Administrative Clerk / MHE Operator to support a U.S. Army Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP) operation in Natick, Massachusetts. This is a hands-on lead position for someone who knows GCSS-Army, warehouse operations, and material handling equipment . You'll help lead a two-person operation while actively supporting receiving, shipping, inventory, supply-system transactions, and MHE operations. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day activities for a two-person CRSP operation Perform receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, and shipping activities Complete GCSS-Army transactions and T-CODEs Post goods receipts, including MIGO Manage storage bins and generate Materiel Release Orders (MROs) Research and resolve inventory discrepancies Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Support warehouse, dock, and storage-yard operations Maintain safe and accurate material-handling practices What We're Looking For Demonstrated GCSS-Army experience is required Working knowledge of GCSS-Army transactions related to receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, MIGO, storage bins, MROs, and inventory discrepancies Previous warehouse, supply, logistics, or military logistics experience Experience operating forklifts/MHE, including equipment with cargo capacities up to 36,000 pounds Valid state-issued driver's license Ability to independently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying warehouse conditions Ability to safely use required PPE Schedule & Location This is a full-time, onsite position in Natick, MA , working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM . Important Contract Information This position is being recruited in support of an active proposal for a U.S. Army contract . Contract award has not yet been made, and employment will be contingent upon contract award and ASCI's standard hiring requirements.
