Provide family medicine services to a diverse patient population, age 10 to elderly, in an inpatient psychiatric unit Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to facility protocols Support expansion efforts by providing stable, long-term care to patients Demonstrate independence and professionalism in a fast-paced mental health environmentWhat You Need:
Massachusetts state license to practice independently as an FNP-BC Minimum of 2 years' experience in family medicine or psychiatric settings Ability to drive to the facility and local candidates strongly preferred (credentialed at Leonard campus is a plus) Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to continuity of care About theAssignment:
