Interview Process:
Possible 2 rounds - 1st round virtual, 2nd round in person/site walk-through Job Responsibilities Support and promote a strong safety culture by adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times. Execute daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are stored, handled, and maintained according to established warehouse procedures. Receive, inspect, identify, and accurately process incoming materials, ensuring goods receipts and inventory transactions are recorded correctly in the ERP system. Perform inventory movements, stock transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and alignment between system records and physical stock. Prepare, stage, and issue materials, tools, and equipment to support operational requirements, ensuring items are available when needed and delivered to the correct locations. Coordinate logistics activities between the warehouse and operational locations, including vessels and other deployment points. Support the mobilization, demobilization, and sorting of tools, parts, and equipment during operational rotations to ensure efficient load-outs and returns. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, deliveries, and material movements while ensuring compliance with established documentation requirements. Assist in monitoring warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to track deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and ensure compliance with site access and delivery requirements. Support warehouse layout, housekeeping, and storage optimization initiatives to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe working environment. Assist with warehouse transition projects, inventory relocations, and facility improvement initiatives as required.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
