Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Operate various types of heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, cranes, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods using manual handling techniques and appropriate PPE. Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock checks, updating inventory management software, and maintaining accurate records within the warehouse management system. Prepare items for shipment by packaging products securely and verifying order accuracy through order picking and order fulfillment procedures. Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including verifying inbound/outbound shipments, completing necessary documentation, and coordinating with carriers. Support warehouse distribution tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards. Follow safety protocols diligently during all warehouse operations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, cranes, and other heavy machinery. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software for tracking stock levels and order processing. Knowledge of safety regulations such as OSHA standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocols. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management, order picking, packaging, and shipping procedures. Basic math skills for inventory calculations, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
