Duties Safely load and unload materials using equipment. Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and manual handling techniques Manage inventory levels through proper storage, labeling, and documentation of materials Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining proper ergonomics Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety standards and best practices Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations is highly preferred Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners is advantageous Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Warehouse supervisor experience or additional certifications in material handling equipment operation is a plus must speak and understand English.
