We are seeking dependable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join a busy warehouse team in Northborough, MA . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent first-shift hours, and the chance to build a long-term career. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus) Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer or inventory system experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay: $20.00-$ 24.00/hour based on experience Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Weekly pay Health and dental insurance Opportunity to gain valuable warehouse and logistics experience Supportive team environment
Pay Details:
