Full Job Description Warehouse Clerk Associate Pay:

$21-$23/hr DOE We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk Associate to support daily warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment operations. This position will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, stocking inventory, picking and packaging orders, processing outgoing shipments, performing cycle counts, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify part numbers and quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Enter received materials into the inventory system and assign proper bin locations. Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations. Pick and process customer, service, and fabrication orders. Package, skid, or crate products to protect materials during shipment. Process outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and freight/Bill of Lading systems. Stage completed shipments in designated carrier pickup areas. Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and update inventory records as needed. Operate forklifts, hand trucks, carts, ladders, and other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks and coordinate freight deliveries. Operate hose assembly equipment and saws as needed. Maintain shipping documents, files, and logs. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Requirements Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience. Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager strongly preferred. Familiarity with Bills of Lading and freight shipping processes. Forklift and material handling experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Comfortable using warehouse and inventory software. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials. Pay is $21-$23/hr depending on experience. #
