Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling, moving, and managing materials to ensure smooth flow within the distribution center. Your proactive approach will help maintain safety standards, optimize inventory accuracy, and support seamless shipping and receiving processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and inventory management while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Safely load and unload materials. Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology to accurately pick, pack, and track orders. Assist with order picking by selecting items from storage areas based on shipping requirements. Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage. Maintain accurate inventory records through manual counts and inventory management systems. Follow safety procedures diligently during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks to prevent injuries. Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing items for shipment and verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse distribution environment is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment. Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners is advantageous. Knowledge of warehouse operations including order picking, load & unload procedures, and shipping & receiving processes. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe materials handling practices. Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments are essential for success in this role. Must be able to speak and understand English. WIL Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
