Responsibilities Load and unload shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and manual methods to meet customer specifications. Maintain precise inventory records through regular stock counts and inventory management systems. Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping documents. Follow safety protocols diligently during all materials handling activities to prevent accidents and injuries. Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, stacking pallets safely, and ensuring materials are stored properly for easy access. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management and manual handling techniques. Familiarity with RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory tracking. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
