We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Randolph, MA branch. Position Summary This position is responsible for safely delivering spray foam insulation products and equipment to customer job sites while assisting with warehouse operations, inventory management, and loading/unloading deliveries. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, customer-focused, and committed to workplace safety. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime available based on business needs Primary Responsibilities Deliver spray foam insulation materials, equipment, and supplies to customers throughout the region. Safely load and unload delivery vehicles using a forklift. Verify shipments for accuracy before leaving the warehouse and upon delivery. Assist with receiving incoming freight and stocking inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries. Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card) required. Forklift experience and proficiency loading and unloading trucks. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable transportation. Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of our Randolph, MA branch . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications OSHA certifications (10-hour or 30-hour) are a plus. Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems. Previous delivery, warehouse, or construction materials experience preferred. Experience operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles.
