The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role involves receiving, storing, moving, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently to meet operational goals. Workers ensure goods are handled safely while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive and unload incoming shipments; verify counts and inspect goods for damage. Organize and store products in assigned locations. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or storage. Load outgoing trucks and freight with accuracy and according to shipping schedules. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if trained). Maintain warehouse cleanliness, adhere to safety protocols, and report issues to supervisors. Support inventory accuracy by participating in cycle counts and reporting discrepancies. Assist in other tasks as needed to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
