Job Description

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts. Our mission is to help individuals, families, and communities achieve greater well-being through comprehensive behavioral health services. About the Role As a Trauma Response Team (TRT) Member, you will provide critical support to individuals, families, and communities following disasters or traumatic events. TRT Members deliver Psychological First Aid (PFA), Post-traumatic Stress Management (PTSM), and Self-Care Coping Groups to both community members and BHN staff. This is a unique
PER- DIEM
opportunity to support resilience and recovery during moments when it's needed most. What You'll Do Respond to traumatic events on short notice, providing crisis support within established protocols. Deliver Psychological First Aid to individuals, families, and community groups. Facilitate Post-traumatic Stress Management Groups for those affected by disasters or critical incidents. Educate communities about stress reactions, coping strategies, and emotional resilience. Provide referrals, resource information, and assistance with services when appropriate. Ensure confidentiality and uphold the human rights of those served. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED required; prior human services experience preferred. Ability to respond effectively in crises and work collaboratively with diverse populations. Successful completion of Riverside Trauma Center training in
PFA/PTSM
