As the Senior Family Partner, you will support and supervise Family Partners in delivering strength-based, family-driven care. You will be a champion for caregiver voice and engagement while modeling effective peer support. Provide weekly supervision and ongoing coaching to Family Partners Deliver trainings and participate in developing onboarding content with CSA leadership Engage caregivers in the wraparound process and model effective collaboration Support family empowerment through advocacy, education, and resource linkage Participate in Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings to ensure family voice and choice Serve as a bridge between families and providers to improve understanding and trust Offer consultation to staff on caregiver perspective and family system navigation Ensure timely documentation and compliance with program and agency standards Represent the caregiver perspective in quality improvement and program meetings Provide leadership in resource development and team communicationWho You Are:
You have lived experience as the primary caregiver of a child with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs You have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience, ideally within peer support, wraparound, or behavioral health services You are familiar with child-serving systems and passionate about empowering families You are skilled at facilitating meetings, managing documentation, and navigating community-based supports You are comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office and EHR platforms You hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) You are CANS certified or willing to become certified upon hire You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation You embrace cultural humility and have the ability to work with diverse populationsAbout BHN:
