Schedule:
Mon
  • Fri; starting at 8am (some overtime may be required)
Responsibilities:
Inventory control
  • maintaining orderliness in warehouse Receive supply orders Monitor supply levels Pull supplies for projects Have a valid driver's license (preferred) Organize & maintain a minimum/maximum of regularly inventoried items. Receiving of deliveries from UPS, FedEx, vendors
  • this involves validating the packing slip (matching delivery with a purchase order, noting quantities received & any damages/defects in the products, date received, job number (if applicable) and project manager); delivering small packages to purchaser; labeling & storing large project parts in designated areas.
Tag & inventory new equipment Obtain return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), pack & return items to vendors, as needed Regular inspection of warehouse for orderliness & maintaining clear, hazard-free pathways in the bays Distribute personal protective equipment to crew Storage tank inventory
  • keep records on tank inventory, order tanks & parts to ensure adequate supply Dumpster monitoring
  • no vehicles blocking the dumpster, no overfilling, area around the dumpster cleared of debris Monitor daily incoming waste Qualifications Team player
  • works well with others Good work ethic. Prompt and reliable Trainable
  • a quick learner. Hands on
  • willing to help the team complete required tasks An ability to make plans, modify plans, and face evolving challenges Valid driver's license Good oral and written communications.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Other tasks as assigned
