General Labor / Machine Shop

Join our electrical manufacturing team as a General Labor / Machine Shop Associate, where hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude will help drive our production processes forward! In this role we are looking for a team player that will be able to work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Support fabrication activities such as welding, machine work, foundry, molding, grinding, drill presses, sand rammers Use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards. Assist with maintenance on machinery, tooling changes, and ensure equipment operates efficiently. Support assembling, packaging, and materials management Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing or factory environments is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in machining Proficiency with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of safety procedures Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations involved in machining tasks. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively Warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing facility workflows is beneficial.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
