Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves both warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in both warehouse operations and driving. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products using a pallet jack and other equipment, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance. Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize routes for timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations. Overtime is available. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is preferred. DOT is a PLUS. Experience in warehouse operations, including heavy lifting and using pallet jacks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) may be required depending on vehicle type used for deliveries. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
