We specialize in abrasive blasting, shot peening, and dust, mist, and fume collection systems. Operating out of our Wilmington, Massachusetts facility, the company supports customers across New England, New York, and New Jersey, as well as select customers nationwide. About The Role We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations and occasionally assist customers at our parts counter. This is a full-time, weekday position with a consistent schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with no nights, weekends, or overtime required. The role is hands-on and includes shipping and receiving, inventory management, and coordination with shipping carriers and vendors. The role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and preparing shipments to meet specific customer requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and comfort working both in the warehouse and at a desk using company systems. You will be responsible for making sure incoming and outgoing orders are accurate and handled correctly. You will work closely with another warehouse associate, so the ability to communicate clearly, work cooperatively, and contribute consistently is important to ensure daily operations run smoothly. The warehouse is organized and manageable in size, allowing for efficient day-to-day work without the need for long-distance travel across a large facility. The warehouse is not air-conditioned, though your desk area, parts area, and office area are climate-controlled. The pace varies depending on workload, with a mix of steady periods and times that require more focused or faster-paced work. There is also some natural downtime in the role, and it is expected that time is used productively to stay organized, maintain the workspace, and keep inventory accurate. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory in the ERP system Pick, pack, and ship orders based on pick tickets and packing lists Package or re-package items to meet specific customer or shipping requirements Prepare and secure shipments, including large skids for LTL freight Coordinate with shipping carriers and delivery drivers for pickups, deliveries, and on-site logistics Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies Process freight claims and coordinate resolution of damaged or incorrect shipments Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform cycle counts Assist walk-in customers at the parts counter and process payments as needed Keep the warehouse and parts area clean, organized, and in good working condition, including routine cleanup as needed Qualifications Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Experience working with pick tickets, packing lists, or order fulfillment processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and inventory Ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment & tools Comfortable using computers, including Outlook, Excel, and basic systems Basic in-person customer service skills and a professional, helpful demeanor Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent in daily work Compensation $52,000 per year Full-time | Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (set schedule) Benefits Work pants & laundry service provided Work boot stipend Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with profit sharing Paid time off including holidays, vacation, sick time, and personal days
