Unlike others, we are truly a private practice, not a corporate franchise. TCA is therapist and client focused, not numbers driven. We value our relationships with our therapists. Our salary positions offer stress-free scheduling, and our FFS positions offer transparency, so therapists can focus on their clinical work. We offer growth and encourage our therapists to concentrate on their specialties, not merely conduct generalist work. Unlike others, we strongly focus on traditional psychotherapy, not brief therapies, crisis counseling or telehealth. Our newly renovated office consists of staff lounges, meeting and art rooms. TCA specializes in working with very motivated Gen Zs and Millennials. Our clients are college students and young professionals with adult developmental issues - relationships, school/career stress, transitions, identity, body image, new parenting, etc.. We are hiring one in-office or hybrid Fee for Service therapist to perform individual therapies. Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts. Required Qualifications:

Licensed to practice independently in

MASSACHUSETTS

(Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC), LADC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Nurse Practitioner). Professional references. Knowledge and experience working with Millennials and their issues. Must demonstrate an established area of clinical specialty (excluding expressive therapies, CBT and DBT). Currently not accepting ABA certifications or LADC. Credentialed and contracted by insurance companies are preferred, but we will help the right candidate to apply. Well-verse in clinical treatment modalities and ability to adapt to specific client needs. We encourage those with specializations, such as Couple's Counseling, OCD, EMDR, Addiction, Gender Dysphoria, etc. to apply. Rate:

$65-$85 per billable session. (W2 Per Diem classification). To be eligible for the higher rate, you must have an established practice or be a 1099 practitioner for an online platform.
