Job Description
Company in Aberdeen, MD is seeking experienced Yard Workers to join our team. This role requires prior experience. Candidates must be flexible and available for weekends and overtime as needed. 1st Shift Monday-Friday -6AM-230PM, 18/hr candidate will need to be able to be out in the elements to perform a yard check. Drive their vehicle (optional or walk) to each trailer and check each trailer and compare to yard report . On the yard report, they will notate the trailer number and check to see if the trailer is empty or full by opening the trailer/container doors when necessary. When necessary, the trailer and container doors are heavy, up to and have to be opened when they are not sealed. They will be given training on exactly how to perform this. We will furnish the clipboard, paperwork, gloves, safety vest and flashlight.
