About the Role We're hiring an Overnight Truck Loader to support our busy night‑shift warehouse operations. In this role, you'll load trucks, handle freight, and ensure all materials are prepared for next‑day delivery. As our Midnight Movement Specialist , you'll play a key part in safe, accurate, and efficient logistics. If you're detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and thrive in a hands‑on environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Load trucks according to delivery sequence Review and verify nightly load paperwork Match materials to work order documentation Operate overhead cranes and other warehouse equipment Move trucks to staging areas as needed Inspect the dock for remaining freight Report missing or incomplete materials to the Foreman Weigh heavy loads using the scale Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in warehouse, freight, or logistics preferred Ability to read work orders and tape measures Strong shop math skills Overhead crane operation experience Ability to jockey trucks safely in the warehouse Reliable, safety‑driven, and comfortable with physical work Benefits Competitive pay + overnight shift differential Eligible for safety bonuses and profit sharing Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Stable night‑shift schedule Opportunities for training and advancement
