Job Description

Adecco is hiring Warehouse Associates in Elkton, MD. In this fast-paced role, you'll pick, pack, and label orders, load/unload trucks, and help maintain accurate inventory for professional, scientific, and technical clients. Use RF scanners and basic computer systems to track materials, follow safety and quality procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized. You'll collaborate with team members and leads, meet productivity goals, and support continuous improvement. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload trucks and pallets safely Operate RF scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders Maintain inventory accuracy through counting and documentation Follow OSHA and company safety procedures and use required PPEPerform basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials Keep warehouse work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets set by supervisors Collaborate with team members and leads to resolve workflow issues Support continuous improvement and follow standard operating procedures Required Skills Order picking Packing and labeling Inventory control Warehouse safety procedures RF scanners/use of handheld devices Forklift or pallet jack operation Basic computer skills Loading and unloading trucks Quality checks/inspection Cycle counting
