Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position Summary We are seeking reliable, dependable individuals to perform basic assembly and installation work in a warehouse setting. No prior technical experience or specialized skills are required — full instruction will be provided on-site. The most important qualities are dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions and safety procedures. Responsibilities Perform basic product assembly and installation tasks according to instructions/diagrams provided Use basic hand tools and/or power tools as directed Follow all workplace safety procedures and protocols Lift, move, and organize materials (up to approximately [X] lbs) Maintain a clean and organized work area Work cooperatively as part of a team to meet daily production goals Report to shifts on time and as scheduled Requirements No prior technical or mechanical experience required Must be reliable and consistently punctual Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check Must successfully pass pre-employment and any required random drug screening Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification required) Employment Terms This is a temporary, fixed-term W-2 position, paid hourly, with an anticipated duration of up to four (4) months from the start date. The term may be extended or shortened at the Company's sole discretion based on business needs. No extension or conversion to a regular/permanent position is guaranteed or implied.
