We run a lean, high-accountability operation and take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional yard. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team at our equipment yard in Crofton. This role works directly with our Yard Manager to support day-to-day operations, including maintaining the yard, preparing equipment for sale, and ensuring everything is organized and presentable. This is a hands-on, outdoor role. If you take pride in your work, stay organized, and don't need to be micromanaged, you'll do well here. Responsibilities Yard Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional yard at all times Organize tools, equipment, and storage containers Keep workstations (including wash station and office container) clean and functional Equipment Preparation & Remarketing Pressure wash equipment using degreaser Clean machine interiors (cabs, controls, etc.) Remove old decals and apply Zadoon decals Take high-quality photos and videos for listings Complete checklists for sold equipment Basic Maintenance Replace, charge, and test batteries Jump equipment as needed General Follow daily and weekly yard procedures and checklists Communicate proactively with the team regarding needs or issues Qualifications Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record (required) Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around heavy equipment High attention to detail Reliable and self-motivated Strong time management and communication skills Experience with heavy equipment is a plus, but not required
